Goods Damaged in Transit
 
If an item is damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product. This should be reported to us immediately upon arrival.
Simply send a picture of the damaged item upon arrival to contact@h2fun.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 5 business days.

We do not recommend that you try to return the item as the cost of shipping may be more expensive than the product itself.

Functional products 

If the item is delivered in its brand new condition and is fully functional we cannot offer a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
